What about the process?
Every wall panel is manufactured at our facility in West Chicago on CNC machines from MDF sheets. After the MDF base is ready, we apply a layer of 3D laminate (or also known as "rigid Thermofoil") using the vacuum press as the final step of previously chosen finish options.
Is it hard to install decorative wall panels?
Installing our glue-down MDF panels requires moderate DIY skills and some tools. While it isn’t overly complex, the process involves applying adhesive and carefully positioning the panels. We recommend having a helper for larger panels and ensuring your walls are smooth and level for the best results.

This is a tricky question. MDF, the main material that we use for crafting the wall panels, is a medium-density fiber that comes from wood. So technically, we do produce wood panels, but practically, it’s a different story because most people think of hardwood when asking about this. It's up to you to decide whether we do or do not make "wood" panels. We can say that MDF is an eco-friendly and durable material that will serve you faithfully for many years!
